摘要: Abstract Four strains of Zymomonas mobilis were compared for ethanol production from enzymatically hydrolysed cassava starch. Strain NRRL B-4286 performed efficiently, producing 80 g/litre 171 initial sugar concentration. Addition yeast extract, calcium pantothenate, ammonium sulphate or magnesium did not significantly increase by this strain.
