摘要: Abstract The effects of silencing the mRNA cytosolic manganese superoxide dismutase (cMnSOD), an enzyme involved in antioxidant defense, were analyzed Whiteleg shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei adults. Shrimp intramuscularly injected with long dsRNAs corresponding to N-terminal portion cMnSOD and held under normoxic conditions for 24 h.
