The purpose of our study was to evaluate the usefulness N-butyl cyanoacrylate (NBCA) in addition microcoils percutaneous implantation a port-catheter system for repeated hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy with fixed-catheter-tip method.MATERIALS AND METHODS. We retrospectively studied 166 consecutive patients unresectable advanced liver cancer whom percutaneously implanted its tip fixed at gastroduodenal artery microcoils. In 107 patients, NBCA also used catheter fixation. compared this group control cohort 59 who did not receive NBCA.
