摘要: The aim of the present work was to observe microbial decolorization and biodegradation Direct Violet 51 azo dye by Candida albicans isolated from industrial effluents study metabolites formed after degradation. C. used in removal order further biosorption at different pH values aqueous solutions. A comparative analysis carried out using UV-vis FTIR spectroscopy, which revealed significant changes peak positions when compared spectrum. Theses structure appeared 72 h 2.50; 240 4.50; 280 6.50, indicating by-products during process. Hence, yeast able remove color substance, demonstrating a potential enzymatic capacity modify chemical pigments found effluents.
