摘要: The Service of Rapid Magnetic Variations (RMV) was created by the International Association Geomagnetism and Aeronomy (IAGA) with aim obtaining an overall view temporal spatial distribution RMV as a base for further study these phenomena. Ebro Observatory participated in creation this service has been administering it from beginning; consequently, histories two organizations are intertwined.
