摘要: Abstract The Aegle marmelos essential oils (AMEOs) were loaded on surface of the chitosan nanoparticles (CHs NPs), and it performed against carbapenemase producing K. pneumoniae. physiochemical characterizations CHs, CHs NPs AMEOs-CHs confirmed by FTIR powder XRD. morphological observation, size, shape SEM TEM results that AMEOs was successfully coated onto surface. Further, excellent minimum inhibitory activity CR pneumoniae observed at 40 μg/mL. increased death cells, damages, modification confocal laser scanning electron microscope, microscope transmission respectively. In addition, invitro anti-carbapenemase activity, changed color intensity treated result has carbapenenemase enzyme degradation ability. Importantly, fragmented DNA suppressed VIM 1 IMP genes expression clearly indicated very anti-bacterial material. Finally, molecular docking more supported to evidences, proved as valuable biomaterials owing their ability fight multi drug resistance bacteria.
