摘要: Short-chain carboxylic acids produced by Candida albicans in glucose supplemented batch cultures and human denture plaque has been qualitatively quantitatively analysed using isotachophoresis. This rapid, simple relatively new technique which advantages over other conventional methods, such as gas liquid chromatography, could be a valuable tool the analysis of yeasts clinical industrial importance.
