摘要: Bacteria are diverse and abundant in soils, but only a few bacteria have known to grow on hydrocarbon-contaminated areas utilize complex carbon source such as crude oil for the synthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoate (bioremediation potential ability produce important biopolymers). Among 32 samples collected from several sites petroleum refinery soil oily sludge Iranian southwestern refineries, 45 oil-degrading pseudomonads were identified, 33 % isolated Pseudomonas strains able using Gachsaran (2 % v/v) source. The repeated monomer composition copolymer produced was determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. monomers composites contained: C8 (3-hydroxyoctanoate), C10 (3-hydroxydecanoate), C12 (2-hydroxydodecanoate), C14 (3-hydroxytetradecanoate), C16 (3-hydroxydecahexanoate), which biopolymers. This study indicates oil-contaminated can be sources producers used bioremediation crude-oil-polluted sites; also has functional role bacterial survival stress tolerance toxic environments poor nutrient availability.
