摘要: Selected repetitive sequences termed short inverted repeats (SIRs) have the propensity to form secondary DNA structures called hairpins. SIRs comprise palindromic arm separated by spacer that hairpin stem and loop respectively. Here, we show confer an increase in localized mutability breast cancer, which is domain-dependent with greatest observed within (∼1.35-fold above background). Mutability influenced factors likelihood of formation hairpins such as lengths (of 4-5 bp) 7-15 bp). Increased intrinsic property evidenced how almost all mutational processes demonstrate a higher rate mutagenesis sequences. We further identified 88 showing enrichment from 1.8- 90-fold local distributed across 283 sites genome intriguingly, can be used inform biological status tumor.
