摘要: Ectopic molar pregnancy is a rare entity and the majority of cases are located in fallopian tube. The incidence varies according to region, where it more prevalent Southeast Asia than USA. Histopathologically, could be incomplete mole, hydropic degeneration villi, complete or choriocarcinoma. signs symptoms women with ectopic similar those tubal pregnancy. diagnosis usually established at surgery by histopathological examination. Treatment laparoscopic salpingectomy. Most patients will achieve full remission quickly after surgical management without chemotherapy.
