摘要: Different grinding parameters of silicon nitride ceramic are researched at the process internal grinding. The influences on roughness surface by linear speed wheel (vs), radial feeding (f) and axial vibration (fa) studied in uniformity testing. experimental equation is optimized. machined morphologies specimen measured instrument Taylor-Hobson Surtroni-25 scanning electron microscope S-4800. results show that with increasing get reduced, raised. It also inversely proportional to speed. has biggest impact among three parameters. With wheel, value declines from 0.4095μm 0.1726μm. different factors found out research, its removal mechanisms cleared up under speeds wheel.
