摘要: Abstract : Current treatments for advanced prostate cancer are not very effective. To develop better treatment options, new approaches to investigate the signaling pathways important warranted. Tyrosine kinase contributes numerous pathologies including cancer. In cancer, mutation rates of tyrosine kinases readily observed, however, phosphorylation is quite abundant indicating activity apparent even in absence activating mutations. Work supported by this award investigated and found robust both human mouse tumors. Using commonly perturbed non-tyrosine oncogenes phosphopeptide enrichment quantitative mass spectrometry analysis revealed oncogene-specific signatures. Analysis these signatures unique networks which may be targeted
