摘要: Abstract The dichromate as an industrial oxidant has a very extensive application. However, one of the heavy metal elements, chromium become great threat to organism and environment due its carcinogenicity mutageicity. So far, there is only small number detection imaging methods for dichromate. In this work, new fluorescent probe RhoCr detecting based on in situ Cr 3+ -controlled opening spirolactam-ring rhodamine dye after 2 O 7 2− reduced by NaHSO 3 solution self-reduction reported, which displays strong enhancement fluorescence emission (λ em 582 nm), fast response (completed within 2 min) excellent sensitivity (DL 1.18 nM). successfully obtained images intracellular . addition, effect have been exhibited tap water pool water, will be crucial environment.
