摘要: An enzyme composition comprising an immobilized by attachment to a particulate inorganic carrier material free from calcium carbonate, oxide and acid soluble components, less than 1.2% weight of trivalent metal ions, each particle the at least 90% SiO2 i) having porosity 25-50% volume based on mercury porosimetry, corresponding void about 0.15-0.45 cm3/g, ii) average pore radius 0.02-0.1 mum, iii) abrasion resistance 95% when determined according ASTM No. E 728-80 preferably surface area 15 m2/g, porosimetry. The enzymes may be attached adsorption, optionally followed intermolecular cross-linking, or covalent bonding, via coupling agent. prepared naturally occurring materials not desired physical chemical properties. Graph (1) shows (in cm3/g plotted against in mum) material, graph (2) porosity-increasing treatment.
