摘要: Immobilized enzymes covalently bound to an inorganic carrier by amino group through a bifunctional spacer have improved properties when the is formed of amorphous, approximately spherical silica particles obtained from synthetic calcium silicate. The average particle size 15 80 μm, apparent volume 1.3 3 cm3 /g, and specific surface area 250 800 m2 /g.
