摘要: To elucidate the changes of ultrastructural localization S-100 protein during lipolysis in adipocytes, an immunoelectron-microscopic study was performed. Epididymal fat pads from Wistar rats were incubated buffer with or without 10 microM epinephrine. Before incubation epinephrine, found to be associated closely packed polysomes, membrane microvesicles, plasma membranes, outer mitochondria, and pellicle around droplets. In epinephrine-treated tissues, however, protein-positive polysomes decreased drastically. microvesicles increased number, lined up below fused membrane, frequently opening into interstitium. These also lipid findings, together those a previous report on adipocytes lipolysis, suggest that molecules interact free fatty acids (FFAs) their hydrophobic portions microvesicle then are translocated through cytoplasm discharged surface membranes FFAs That is, might serve as one carrier proteins adipocytes.
