摘要: Abstract Activities of several enzymes associated with cellulolysis were compared using as substrates cell-walls Lolium multiflorum and cotton cellulose. Purified C 1 (see Ref. for definition), C. x (CM-cellulase) β-glucosidase employed well culture filtrates containing . determined by ability to digest the release H 2 O-soluble phenolic compounds from grass cell-walls. The most active on cellulose obtained fungi Trichoderma viride Fusarium solani ; T. , Gliocladium roseum a species Basidiomycetes, one strain Myrothecium verrucaria (IMI Strain 25 291). For crude enzyme preparations tested, there highly significant correlations between digestibility UV-absorption filtrate at λ max 290 nm 324 but was no correlation that Partially purified two different fungal sources showed activity both substrates. Differences in MW treatment components suggest these could have modes action. Synergism koningii occurred F. synergism only
