摘要: Aptamers are single-stranded functional nucleic acids that possess cognate ligand recognition capability. These have been used for biosensing of a variety ligands. isolated by "in vitro selection" or SELEX from random-sequence acid pools. For example, DNA aptamers recognize protein can be generated applying library to an affinity column containing the target and retrieving bound sequences after wash. amplified new round binding amplification. The identity enriched subsequently revealed cloning sequencing. individual confirmed techniques such as gel mobility shift. This chapter will provide detailed protocol isolating protein-binding aptamers.
