摘要: Abstract Propyl gallate (PG) is one of the most effective synthetic antioxidant. In present work, effects gamma radiation on powder PG were investigated by Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. The experimental spectra irradiated found to be consisted two different overlapped that originated for radical species. Structural and kinetic features radicals which are responsible ESR spectrum explored through variations signal intensity with applied microwave power, variable sample temperature, high-temperature annealing studies. Activation energies species determined using data derived from dosimetric potential was also in range 0.5–25.0 kGy. It G value about 0.35.
