摘要: The paper presents an experimental research on the use of Textile Reinforced Mortar (TRM) for strengthening brick load bearing masonry walls subjected to eccentric loading. Particular attention is given case slender and ability TRM reinforcement enhance response such against buckling failure. has allowed study influence different mortar fibre grid types possible benefit using anchors improve connection between external reinforcement. campaign consisted twelve tests full scale wall specimens a specific testing device designed create hinged boundary condition at top bottom ends. It been observed that provides significant increase over 100% initial capacity under axial load. Moreover, stiffer more homogeneous behavior noticed when applied. A simplified analytical method calculate ultimate axial-bending combination strengthened walls, in agreement with experiments, also presented.
