摘要: Changes in the radiation age response are described two cell lines derived from human squamous carcinomas. A radioresistant tumor line, JSQ-3, has a DO of 240 cGy and is polyploid with DNA content 2.68. relatively radiosensitive SCC-61, 126 index 1.16. Tumor cells were separated synchronized by centrifugal elutriation; flow cytometry was used to determine cell-cycle parameters relative synchrony. The JSQ-3B, found have twice number S-phase than more sensitive line (28% 13% for JSQ-3B SCC-61B, respectively). Both lines, despite differences intrinsic radiosensitivity, most resistant during (DOs 258 157 respectively) maximally G1 193 95 Clinical implications our findings discussed.
