摘要: Due to ecological and economic challenges there is a rising demand on closely-tolerated complex functional components. Regarding short process chains improved mechanical properties conventional forming processes are often limited. A promising approach meet these requirements can be seen in the combination of traditional sheet bulk metal processes, form metals out plane with typical operations. The challenge applying operations interaction between regions high low deformation, which largely unknown literature. To analyze this topic fundamentally, deep drawing upsetting developed for manufacturing tooth-like elements at pre-drawn cups. fully understand material flow into tooth cavity identify qualify factors depending elements´ geometry friction, single stage simplified model blank virtually analyzed finite-element simulation. By inhibiting history blank, investigated without interactions previous operation.
