摘要: This paper is about the introduction of netcentric work in public safety sector Netherlands. The idea behind that a common operational picture will help professionals to overcome problems with sharing information during crisis. In this WIP we pay attention principles and dilemma standardization technologies versus local adaptation. Netherlands government has chosen introduce via Platform which various options are discussed among members Dutch regions. outcome process negotiation what call trading zones. these zones (re)defined. Using theoretical concepts like soft-bureaucracy show how eventually not technology first place but negotiated new way working organizing. Further research needed understand full implications for administration organization safety.
