摘要: Abstract Composite metal foam was produced as an advanced porous material, using gravity casting technique. Light Expanded Clay Aggregate “LECA” used space holder for the composite foam. The LECA density 0.33–0.43 g/cm 3 and volume fraction of its porosity from 73 to 88 vol.% aluminum A355.0 selected matrix in order produce Structural characterization, relative density, hardness compressive test were studied. well investigated found have homogeneous structure, relatively equal pore, distributable pore isotropy properties. study resulted that yield strength energy absorption capacity 0.44, 35.9 MPa 18 MJ/m , respectively.
