摘要: Abstract Concerns about the value of government programs that provide management and technical assistance have been subject debate among researchers policymakers. Based on an analysis a multiyear survey sponsored by U.S. Small Business Administration's Office Entrepreneurial Development, we examine relationship between managerial firm survival, as well characteristics financial employment growth. Overall, findings suggest positive effect both survival growth, but these effects depend size firm, counseling experience, age other demographic differences. Implications for public policy are discussed.
