摘要: Twenty-one subjects rated their discomfort due to direct glare, reflected and flicker while viewing a CRT display under various conditions of ambient illuminance, video luminance, polarity. The angle away from the at which first noticed was also measured. Levels these design environmental variables minimize are suggested. Video luminance shown have greatest impact on comfort. Methods reducing glare discussed.
