摘要: • We report the cases of two children who were each noted at birth to have a single bald compressible nodule on scalp that was surrounded by collar hypertrophic hair. One mothers had taken doxylamine succinate during pregnancy. Extensive investigations and, finally, surgery revealed lesions heterotropic brain tissue without connection brain. Encephaloceles may also "hair collar." The presence hair around any cutaneous lesion should alert clinician possibility neuroectodermal defect. All procedures these be delayed until appropriate excluded with underlying nervous system. ( Arch Dermatol. 1989;125:1253-1256)
