摘要: Abstract In this paper, a low temperature liquefiable dimethylol propionic acid (LDMPA) was designed by the condensation of e-caprolactone(CL) with (DMPA). A series waterborne polyurethanes were successfully synthesized using LDMPA. The structure and properties characterized IR, particle size analysis tensile tests. It found that increasing LDMPA content, polyurethane emulsion decreased. results tests showed strength elongation at break samples increased first then deceased. DMA compared (DMPA), introduction into WPU chain could reduce polyurethane’s micro-phase separation degree.
