Structure and electrical properties of (Na0.5Bi0.5)1−xBaxTiO3 piezoelectric ceramics

摘要: Abstract (Na 0.5 Bi ) 1− x Ba TiO 3 ceramics were synthesized by the citrate method and their structure electrical properties systematically investigated. The results of X-ray diffraction analysis revealed a MPB composition range  = 0.06–0.10 for system at room temperature. It was found that piezoelectric ferroelectric compositions near are rather sensitive to phase reach preferred values  = 0.07, where relative content tetragonal is substantially higher than rhombohedral phases. present decrease diffusive factor ( δ with increasing BaTiO content, implying degradation relaxor feature transition from ferroelectrics normal ferroelectrics.
