摘要: Environmental factors and genetic makeup play a central role in phenotypic appearance of trait via dogma biology. Epigenetic, transcriptomics, proteomics are the key players expression biology which make difference structure function. include various exposure by oral intake, air, skin commonly. Several bioactive food components, including both essential nonessential nutrients, can regulate gene patterns. Thus, nutrigenomics is providing effects ingested nutrients other components on regulation, i.e., diet–gene interaction order to spot dietetic having beneficial or detrimental health effects. Nutritional genomics (nutrigenomics), junction between health, diet, genomics, influenced epigenetic, processes it will help determining individual nutritional requirements based person (personalized diet) as well association diet chronic diseases like cancer, opening new vistas understanding complexity breast cancer leading its better management.
