摘要: Cadmium sulphide thin films were deposited on the glass substrate via simple spray pyrolysis technique. The temperatures (Ts) have been varied from 250℃ to 350℃ and concentration of precursor’s solution cadmium chloride thiourea was optimized. X-ray patterns morphological studies CdS indicated that are crystalline in nature with hexagonal crystal structure. grain size calculated found be 250.12 349.61 nm. optical spectra exhibited high transmittance band gap 2.41 eV 2.39 eV. angle contact measured hydrophilicity behaviour. electrical conductivity thermoelectric power two probe method. It semiconducting n-type.
