摘要: Molecular markers revealed that Botryotinia fuckeliana (the teleomorph of Botrytis cinerea), a haploid, filamentous, heterothallic ascomycete, contained large amount intrapopulation genetic variation. The were used to determine the mode reproduction and population structure this fungus. We did not detect any differentiation between isolates from different organs, collection dates, varieties grape, or locations in Champagne region France, but two unexpected sympatric populations identified. One group (transposa) transposable elements Boty Flipper; other (vacuma) not. These groups differed one another for all markers. RFLP showed there was recombination both isolates. conclude are B. Champagne. species seems be local well adapted, while is presumably heterogeneous migrant population.
