As a control, 11 without dysplastic changes 26 colonic examined also. All in stained blue, whereas normal red 65 percent. In 14 20 with appeared hematoxylin eosin staining, but showed mosaic pattern PAT/KOH/PAS. However, only two none flat colorectal pattern. From observations it was concluded that PAT/KOH/PAS could be useful as histochemical marker premalignant change longstanding colitis.
