摘要: The aim of the study was to assess relationship between acute and subacute metabolic endocrine effects after intravenous administration β2-adrenergic agonist clenbuterol in a growth-promoting dose female pigs. Acute were assessed by measuring blood glucose, serum insulin nonesterified fatty acid (NEFA) concentrations during 300 min single clenbuterol. Significantly higher NEFA (19.90±2.50 μU/ml, p<0.01, 0.69±0.04 mmol/L, p<0.001, respectively) measured 30 preprandial Over same period, levels glucose (4.42±0.30 mmol/L) showed no difference from those control postprandial concentration decreased moderately 210 feeding. Postprandial increased reached maximal 120 (10.91±0.60 mmol/L 85.22±7.24 respectively), returned basal at (4.20±0.21 7.75±1.60 Subacute for 21 days repeated doses In addition, influence on regulation onset next expected oestrus pigs their 17β-oestradiol progesterone concentrations. Blood last did not differ significantly animals. occurred regularly without any significant or treated (9.83±2.60 pg/ml 0.15±0.03 ng/ml) (8.52±2.70 0.25±0.06 ng/ml). results suggest duration necessary activities
