摘要: Abstract Aims Postprandial lipemia is characterized by an increase in triglyceride-rich lipoproteins after fatty meals. MicroRNAs (miRs) play important roles lipid and lipoprotein metabolism. The aim of this study was to determine relationship between levels plasma miR expression metabolism-related proteins subjects with normal (NPR) high postprandial response (HPR) period. Materials methods oral fat tolerance test applied 22 individuals NPR HPR. Key findings Increased expressions miR-122 miR-33a miR-122/30c ratio decreased miR-30c were observed fasting period HPR compared NPR. ROC curve analysis showed that a good biomarker for (AUC: 0.97, p Significance may critical elevated or prolonged lipemia. miR122/30c exhibited association MTTP, Apo B-48 TG levels, CM particle size, be reliable marker evaluating also key role HDL-C
