摘要: Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H MRS) is a noninvasive technique, important for investigating metabolic changes occurring in the nervous system as result of pathology. Recent technical advances have improved spinal cord 1H MRS feasibility preclinical and clinical studies, despite its challenges. This chapter will focus on use studies. We first discuss importance using to obtain insights into abnormalities neurological illnesses. then review methodological challenges this followed by brief overview disease “models” illustrate applications research, including following: multiple sclerosis, injury, tumor, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Finally, we highlight future opportunities.
