摘要: Genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) was used to identify Festuca chromatin mitotic chromosomes of Lolium multiflorum (Lm) × pratensis (Fp) hybrids and hybrid derivatives. In two inverse autoallotriploids LmLmFp LmFpFp, able discriminate between the chromosomes. a third triploid produced by crossing an amphiploid L. F. (2n=4x=28) with (2n=2x=14), technique identified interspecific recombination. Also, introgressed line which homozygous for recessive sid (senescence induced degradation) allele from pratensis, pair chromosome segments carrying gene could be identified, indicating suitability GISH showing presence location genes. By screening backcross progeny critical alien absence other reconstitution genome recipient species can accelerated.
