摘要: In this paper, the Life Cycle of Urban Development was firstly analyzed, and phases Assessment applied to (ULCA) were described. As a case study, ULCA in environmental impact assessment land readjustment project Hyogo District Saga, Japan. addition, mitigation proposals for reducing CO2 also presented relevant effects simulated.
