摘要: A new procedure for the preparation of intact microbial DNA allowed us to obtain DNA, suitable pulsed-field gel electrophoresis, from both vegetative cells and heterocysts (differentiated with a potential nitrogen fixation) cyanobacterium Anabaena PCC 7120. Through this it was possible locate genomic developmental rearrangements by visualizing increased mobility large heterocyst fragments undergoing rearrangements. The 390-kb SalI fragment cell shown lose about 70 kb as result previously reported 11- 55-kb deletions, restoring functional nif operons. rearrangement also detected. This takes place more than 600 upstream operons results in excision 18 505-kb fragment.
