摘要: This paper reviews findings on the adaptive changes of locomotion in cats after spinal cord or peripheral nerve lesions. From results obtained lesions ventral/ventrolateral pathways dorsal/dorsolateral pathways, we conclude that with extensive but partial lesions, can regain voluntary quadrupedal a treadmill. Although tract-specific deficits remain such intact descending tracts compensate for lesioned and access network to generate locomotion. Such neuroplasticity locomotor control mechanisms is also demonstrated cords. Some models have shown recovery from probably involves at supra levels. In case somesthesic denervation hindpaws, complete section need some cutaneous inputs walk plantigrade locomotion, even this state, adapt their denervation. Altogether, these suggest there significant plasticity supraspinal controls justify beneficial effects early proactive sustained training central (Rossignol Barbeau 1995; et al. 1998)
