摘要: Ninety patients undergoing coronary bypass surgery were studied prospectively by bedside and subsequent ambulatory electrocardiographic monitoring to investigate the incidence, possible causes, prevention of atrial fibrillation. Patients with good left ventricular function divided randomly into a control group or groups treated digoxin propranolol. In incidence fibrillation was 27% significant extrasystoles 3%. Propranolol reduced (14.8%), whereas had no effect increased extrasystoles. Age, sex, severity symptoms, cardiomegaly, heart failure, previous myocardial infarction, number grafts did not affect result. The operative ischaemic time related occurrence There also relation between bundle branch block. Atrial is common after artery grafting; it may be due diffuse ischaemia hypothermic injury. beta blockade.
