摘要: Perioperative myocardial damage caused by cardiac surgery in 32 patients operated upon 1980 is quantified terms of total quantity alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase released from the heart into circulation, and compared with perioperative 1975. In five year period between 1975 1980, various aspects concerning anaesthesia, pharmacological treatment, preservation techniques have been subjected to considerable changes. Comparison calculated that shows a general reduction about 40% having coronary artery bypass grafting, 75% aortic valve replacement, 10% mitral replacement.
