摘要: We report the measurement, at 0.51 K and up to 28 T, of magnetoresistance Hall resistance a dilute two-dimensional electron system with 6\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}${10}^{10}$ ${\mathrm{cm}}^{\ensuremath{-}2}$ carriers in GaAs-GaAlAs heterojunction. The existence an anomalous quantized effect for fractional Landau-level filling factor $\frac{1}{3}$ was confirmed. showed substantial deviation from linearity above 18 T exhibited no additional features factors below $\frac{1}{5}$ down $\frac{1}{11}$. results suggest that transition quantum liquid crystalline state may take place.
