摘要: A BREWERY diploid strain of yeast kept under constant observation for the past two years showed a seasonal variation in characteristics its giant colonies. On basis normal1 and induced reverse mutations2, it was surmised that different mutants get established during various seasons year, hence strains having diverse genic constitutions should differ not only their viability but also growth-rate particular environmental conditions. It shown previous contribution3 growth-curves autotetraploid are widely different. Since were available this Laboratory, considered study growth-rates assumed to be homo-and heterozygous rough allele would interesting.
