摘要: The effects of acute auditory stress on certain biochemical parameters like blood corticosterone, total cholesterol, triglyceride, Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) and oxaloacetic (SGOT) were studied in albino rats. A significant increase was observed the level SGOT SGPT while a marked reduction noticed Sr. triglyceride level. These data indicate that noise could be potent stressor cause disturbances body. It is presumed most are indirect, being manifested through activation autonomic nervous system which liberates catecholamines hypothalamo pituitary adrenal axis responsible for liberation corticosteroids.
