摘要: Peculiar features of diffusion indium atoms into iridium through a graphite monolayer have been revealed for the first time by thermodesorption spectroscopy. The most intense has occurred in Ir(111)-C[plain] system at 1400 K < T 1600 K. fractions fluxes intercalation \(\bar \delta = 0.3 \pm 0.05\) and δIn Ndif/N 2 × 10−3 Ir(111)-C found. It demonstrated that amount intercalated diffused depends on electrical field, i.e., positive potential system. A noticeable started 200 V increased up to 2500 V. activation energies from determined be En1 5.05 ± 0.05 eV 5.4 0.1 eV, respectively.
