摘要: Abstract Free cholesterol-4-C 14 (5 mg) was administered as albumin-stabilized or micellar preparations to lymph-fistula rats. There were no differences between the in respect rate of appearance lymph, extent absorption, degree esterification . Cholesterol-4-C oleate (8.3 mg), form, absorbed at same and free cholesterol, while ester an albumin-dispersion poorly absorbed. This difference due greater susceptibility hydrolysis by pancreatic juice cholesterol esterase. That intact esters solubilized micelles are not such demonstrated quantitative recovery from intestinal lumen a nonhydrolyzable While there total absorption , 86% labeled sterol lymph esterified irrespective whether administered.
