Bullet embolization to a coronary artery

摘要: Abstract A rare case of coronary artery embolization is presented. 48-year-old man arrived with multiple pellet wounds, severe chest pain, and an inferior myocardial infarction. Chest roentgenograms showed one the pellets overlying cardiac shadow, arteriography revealed complete occlusion posterior descending branch right a radiopaque foreign body, which corresponded exactly to first seen. Intravascular arterial small caliber bullets has been reported in abdomen, lower extremities, carotid territory. Here we report such event occuring circulation.
