摘要: Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a disease with high rate of mortality if proper treatment not instated. Plasmapheresis plasmatic exchange the choice. Diagnosis performed demonstrating microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, negative direct Coombs test and thrombocytopenia. Among clinical data, neurological renal alterations stand out. When there reasonable suspicion in diagnosis, plasmapheresis must be initiated immediately. There are different diseases that may similar to TTP signs symptoms, especially pregnant women. has risk relapse leave sequelae.
