摘要: Abstract In this study, resistant starch type III (RS3) was produced from different sections, the top and bottom part of Metroxylon sagu palm at growth stages namely, Plawei Manit, Bubul Angau Muda. Sago subjected for two cycles autoclaving, debranching by pullulanase cooling production starch. The physicochemical properties sago RS3 studied were morphology Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), content, amylose swelling power solubility as influenced sections. Significant differences in content between 23.89% 41.62% well which yielded 27.22% to 35.74% observed (p
